IMPLEMENTATION OF THE STRATEGY AND MONITORING  

15.1      An institutional framework will be put into place with the mandate for continuing policy analysis and strategy review based on a sound monitoring and evaluation process. Thus the mechanism will monitor the implementation of the educational policy and evaluate the goals set for each recommendation with a view to ensuring that they are being achieved in relation to stated norms.
