The Ministry of Education and Skills Development informs the public that the selection process for 2013 form four placement is complete. The 2013 Form 4 are expected to report to their respective schools on Tuesday 12th February 2013. Students admitted as boarders will report on Monday 11th February 2013.

There were 38, 385 candidates who sat for the 2012 Junior Certificate Examinations. Out of this number, 26, 200 is admitted into Form 4 which represents a transition rate of 67.70% an increase of 3.95% form last year's 63.75%.

Criterion used for placement was based on catchments areas and the need to balance schools enrolments. The general public is advised that any transfer requests for students between schools following this placement should be directed to the respective schools.
